Annual General Meeting
Our Annual Meeting was held late April and had a good attendance. We wish to thank the outgoing board for all the work they put in to make the year 2000 such a success. Elected to our new board were:

- Naydene - Secretary/Treasurer
- Cathy - Entertainment
- Bruce - Membership
- Randy - Entertainment
- Terry - Membership
Congratulations to all our directors and a warm welcome to the newcomers to the board - Naydene, Randy, Bruce and Terry. Along with the Executive Director, Fred, and the Manager, Mike, and all the Alano Club Staff they will be working hard this year to maintain the legacy of service our club has given the community for the last 51 years.
Annual Volunteer Day Dinner
As a small token of appreciation the Club hosted and sponsored a special dinner for 60 volunteers who made our club activities possible last year. Jeff M was chosen as Volunteer of the year. Congratulations to all our volunteers who did such a great job and put in so many hours to help their fellow members.

AA RALLY
Friday May 25 to Sunday May 27 at the Archie Browning Arena. Call Central Office or check at the club for more details.
NA Fundraising Dance
At the club on May 26th . A special fundraising dance for NA. See a member for details or check the poster at the club.
Hippie Hop
At the club on June 2nd. A special theme dance.. Music from the 60's, 70's and 80's. Costumes and special costume prizes. Be there or be square..
Club Ball Team
Look for sign up sheets at the club and get out and enjoy the summer with our fun ball team. See Randy for more information.
New Recovery Store
More literature and medallions etc. in our newly restocked Recovery store.. AA, NA and Alanon literature novelties and giftware available..
